What if I’m not comfortable on video?

We understand that being on camera can feel unfamiliar. You’re always welcome to turn off your video during parts of the visit. For certain concerns, phone only visits may also be an option just let our team know when you book.

Is telemedicine safe for my condition?

Telemedicine is appropriate for most non-emergency concerns, including respiratory symptoms, stomach issues, rashes, minor injuries, medication refills, and chronic condition check-ins. If we believe your symptoms are better handled in person or in an emergency department, we’ll tell you clearly and help you plan your next step.
